Drafts come in very useful when dealing with the distractions and unpredictable events of the Production Office. Croogloo provides unlimited drafts that you can share amongst your team. That means you can start drafting your callsheet email before it's even drafted!

As emails are composed they are auto-saved to back-up your work in case of any sudden distractions or surprises. A button to Save the message is also provided for your convenience and comfort.

Select Distribution on the menu panel, and then Drafts to access your saved messages:

Upon selecting your desired draft message in the folder for distribution, click the Restore button to load your message to the Compose screen for final dispatch:

In addition to saving and preparing emails, you can share email drafts with your production office team. From your account ID tag on the top right of your screen, open the menu to access your Settings. Within the Production Settings category, the production office team is able to set email Drafts to be shared across the production administrators:

Production Settings for Email Drafts are defaulted to Private to user on launch of your production environment, and must be set to Share with admins to confirm the request.

To delete a draft, select the draft from the Draft's page and click the red garbage can button:
