Draft emails or share emails with Admins

Drafts come in very useful when dealing with the distractions and unpredictable events of the Production Office. Croogloo provides unlimited drafts that you can share amongst your team. That means you can start drafting your call sheet email before it's even drafted!


How to Save a Draft

As emails are composed they are auto-saved to back-up your work in case of any sudden distractions or surprises. A button to

Save the message is also provided for your convenience and comfort.


How to Find Drafts

Select Distribution on the menu panel, and then Drafts to access your saved messages:

By default, drafts are only available to the user who created them. However, Croogloo provides the option to share drafts with admins.


Restore Draft:

Upon selecting your desired draft message, click the Restore button to load your message to the Compose screen for final dispatch:


Delete Draft:

To delete a draft, select the draft from the Draft's page and click the garbage can button:


Sharing Drafts with Admins

Step 1: Proceed to your settings.

Step 2: Under the Production Settings, find the option to share email drafts with the admin.

Click on the sharing option. Remember, it's possible to revert this action and make drafts private again.

Step 3: Don't forget to click save to apply the changes.

Please Note: The default for this feature is Private to User.


Frequently Asked Questions

How do I forward distribution?

Navigate to the Sent folder and click the message you wish to forward. Select 'View Message', then click 'Forward' and continue to add the desired recipients.

How do I copy recipients from a past distribution?

Navigate to the Sent folder and click the message you wish to copy the recipients from. Click 'View Message' and select Copy Recipients.

How do I share distribution drafts with other admins?

Go to the setting page, click 'Production Settings', scroll down to "Email Drafts" and check the 'Share with Admins' box. Save your changes once complete.
