Allergies

Record and track allergy information for crew with Google forms.

From the Templates module on the menu panel, select the Crew Intake template:

Click Distribute Form to publish to crew and record allergy details:

When the Crew Intake form is filled by crew, allergy details are relayed to Croogloo and available for review by query in the contact search bar.
