Customize your Production experience

User Settings are accessible from your contact ID icon menu on the top right of your screen.

User Settings

User based settings are provided in the user settings window.

  • Email Attachments - when attaching files to emails then - (select from):

    • always provide information

    • never provide information (default)

  • Photo Notifications - if there is activity related to photos you are sharing, then - (select from):

    • Get email notifications (default)

    • Disable notifications

  • Inactivity log-out - automatically log-out account after 20 minutes of inactivity - (select from):

    • Enabled (default)

    • Disabled

  • Concurrent Sessions - keep sessions active on different devices - (select from):

    • Enabled (default)

    • Disabled

  • IP Address Verification - IP address verification as part of authentication process - (select from):

    • Enabled

    • Disabled (default)

  • Preferred Language - (select from):

    • English (default)

    • French

  • Email Signature

    • Edit to add

Before contacting Support, please confirm if the error is present on an alternate login (i.e if using Production Office login, try your personal login.)

How do I add an Admin?

You can "send invite" to any contact using the three-dot icon next to their name under contacts or directly from their contact card. This will prompt you to select their Security Access Level. Choose Admin.

I forgot my password

No problem. Navigate to the log in page (https://ui.mycroogloo.com/#/login) and click on "forgot password". You will be prompted to enter your email to receive next steps to creating a new password. A recovery email will be sent to you. Enter the temporary password from the recovery email and set a new password. Please make sure your email and password are entered correctly. If copy/pasting, make sure no extra spaces were included, which would result in the log-in failing.
