Changing your password is accessible from from your contact ID icon menu on the top right of your screen.

Changing Your Password

You can change or update your password at any time, by filling out your current password, then selecting and inputting your new password.

This action does not require a re-log in.

I forgot my password

No problem. Navigate to the log in page (https://ui.mycroogloo.com/#/login) and click on "forgot password". You will be prompted to enter your email to receive next steps to creating a new password. A recovery email will be sent to you. Enter the temporary password from the recovery email and set a new password. Please make sure your email and password are entered correctly. If copy/pasting, make sure no extra spaces were included, which would result in the log-in failing.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, go to mycroogloo.com (or ui.mycroogloo.com for the New User Experience), click "Forgot Password," and enter your email. Follow the instructions in the recovery email to enter a temporary password and set a new one. Make sure your email and password are entered correctly, and remove any extra spaces if copying and pasting.
