Recipient Report

Select Distribution from the menu panel, then Sent, to review the status of your messages with your recipients.

Track recipients by clicking, Show Full Report.

The report is emailed to the production administrator(s) 15-20 min. after publishing your message, and always accessible from the Sent folder, providing live reporting of your recipients.

If any recipients are bounced from the message, a unique email will be sent to production alerting you to the message failure.
