Start by pulling up the message you would like to track.
Step 1: Select Distribution, the Sent.
Step 2: Click on the sent distribution.
This action opens the distribution report. Distribution status is classified into 2 groups, success (green) and failure (red).
Successfully distributed messages are grouped by Sent, Received, and Opened.
Sent: The email was processed successfully by Croogloo and sent to the recipient's mail provider.
Received: The recipient has received the email in their inbox, it may have been opened or viewed already.
Opened: The recipient has opened the email, guaranteed.
Failed messages are segmented by Bounced, Deferred, and Dropped.
Bounced: The email was rejected by the recipient's mail provider, this could be due to an incorrect email or the mail provider marking the email as spam. Validate the recipient's email address is spelled correctly and try sending the email again.
Deferred: The email has been sent but the recipient's mail provider was not yet ready to accept it. They may receive it within 72 hours. It's best to try sending the email again to this recipient.
Dropped: The email was not sent to the recipient. They may have marked your email address as SPAM. Please ask the recipient to check their spam settings and try sending the email again.

Easy! From Basecamp, select Track Distribution. On the left, you will find the list of all distributions made by all active users. Clicking on one will show the Distribution Report. By default, Distribution Reports are emailed to the sender - this can be adjusted in Production Settings.
