This guide provides a step-by-step process to track all distributions sent through Croogloo.
Step 1: Start by selecting the Track distribution shortcut from Basecamp.
Alternatively, reach the same feature by clicking on Distribution and then Sent.
Step 2: The left column displays a list of every distribution sent by all admins.
Step 3: Click on any distribution from the list to display the detailed report, including recipients list and receipt status. This allows for verification and troubleshooting.
To recall the message associated with a distribution, click on View message.
If any recipients are bounced from the message, a unique email will be sent to production alerting you to the message failure.

Easy! From Basecamp, select Track Distribution. On the left, you will find the list of all distributions made by all active users. Clicking on one will show the Distribution Report. By default, Distribution Reports are emailed to the sender - this can be adjusted in Production Settings.

The email was rejected by the recipient's mail provider. This could be related to an incorrect email or the email being flagged as spam. Validate the spelling of recipient's email address, review recipient spam filters, and try sending the email again. Bounce notifications will be sent independently of the tracking report, should any of your recipients fail to receive the message.
