Step 1: Navigate to your contacts and distribution lists.

Step 2: Use the cogwheel icon called List Options in the cogwheel to select export.

Step 3: Determine what to export, either the entire contact library or specific lists.

Step 4: Click Export to proceed.

Step 6: Choose the type of file for the export. Options include Excel sheet, vCard contacts, or Google contacts.

Hit Export to continue.

Croogloo will generate and automatically download the file. The export will include names, emails, phone numbers, address, departments, positions, and distribution lists.
