Categories

With frequent changes from day to day, contact categories maintains consistency to eliminate resends. Distribution lists and emails are automatically configured based on how Croogloo organizes all Contacts by Category.

There are six contact categories to select from, including:

CREW - distribution start and end date to automatically schedule email to crew

CAST - link Agent(s), Manager(s), Tutor(s), etc, to prompt Cast distribution runs with option to include Agent(s) before sending

AGENT - pair Cast to prompt Agent distribution runs with option to include Cast before sending

STUDIO - notify studio to latest assets without sending email

UNION - reps set to distribution lists

VENDOR - purchase order and status tracking

Navigate to the contacts menu. Here, find tabs for all categories.

Use these categories to easily view and filter contacts.

The agent and cast categories offer a unique feature of linking contacts for synchronized distribution.

Link a cast member to an agent or vice versa for synchronized distribution.

The Crew category, is listed by department for convenience.

This section feature the ability to generate a Crew List for you by clicking the Crew List button and following the prompts.

Also featured is the ability to set DooD for crew to automatically start/stop email distribution upon start, hold and end dates.

To change the category of one or more contacts, select the box to the left of their name.

Proceed to Options and select Change Category

Select from the available Categories from the drop down menu.

Remember to confirm all changes.
