How to Upload a Document

Uploading files to Croogloo to prepare for distribution, watermarking or sides.

This guide provides steps to upload a new file for distribution.

Step 1: From any page in Croogloo click on the Upload widget at the top right corner of the screen, and locate the file to upload.

Step 2: Set the security level access for the document.

Step 3: Choose the type of document and Confirm.

Files types have distinct smart features in Croogloo:

Document - several subcategories including Call Sheets (ability to attached to sides), Prep Schedule (first attachment on an email)

Script - allows for parsing and creation of sides

Photo - allows for photo review process

Step 4: Categorize your document. Use one of the preset categories or select Other.

Step 5: Adjust the watermarking features as needed. These features can be disabled or modified.

Step 6: Choose where to upload and save the document.

Click Upload to finalize.

A progress bar will appear, indicating the upload status.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I merge files?

Yes! Go to the documents page and select the files you want to merge. Then, select options and click 'Merge'.

Can I remove a watermark after applied?

Yes! Go to the documents page and click on the files you wish to remove the watermark from. Select options and click ' Remove Watermark'.

Can I add more folders?

Yes! Under "Documents" and "Files", click on the "+Create" button and select whether you would like a folder, or shared folder. You can name and move the folder to wherever you wish.
