This guide explains how to generate and customize a crew list right in Croogloo.
Step 1: Navigate to Contacts and Crew.
Step 2: Crew are organized by department. Make sure members of each department are ordered correctly. You can make adjustments by clicking Order Members.
Step 3: Order the crew members as desired and Save Changes.
Step 4: Click the Crew List button start.
Step 5: Order departments per your preference and Confirm.
Step 6: Choose the colour issue of the document.
Step 7: Send the document as a distribution, which preloads the document in an email through Croogloo, or download it.

Inviting a crew member to become a Croogloo user is easy. Using the three-dot icon next to their name under contacts or directly from their contact card, selected "Send Invite". This will prompt you to select their Security Access Level. Choose Crew. Crew permission can be reviewed and edited under the Security tab.
