Generate From Contacts

On the Crew listings page, in the Contacts module, click the Generate Crew List button to create your file:

With your first Crew List, options will be provided to add the production logo, header information, and set the department order, after submitting selections they will be stored for future crew lists:

Add a Production Logo to your Crew List:

Insert Header information for the Crew List, first left header, then right header:

Set Department Order:

Select the Color version then output method, Download PDF for immediate access, or Send as Distribution to publish to crew:
