How can I change my Production's name in Croogloo?

The fastest way for us to process this type of request is to fill out our Production Name Change form. This can be found by clicking on the chat icon and selecting the form under "Create a Ticket".


How long will it take for the name change to process?

Please allow up to one week for production name changes to take effect.

If updates aren’t appearing within that time frame please try clearing your browser cache and restarting your device. This often resolves display or loading issues by removing outdated data and refreshing your system.


Why is the sender email still showing the old production name?

When a production account is launched, it’s assigned a title ID that matches the original production name. While the production title (display name) can be updated as needed, the title ID itself cannot be changed. This restriction is in place to prevent behaviours similar to those used by spam bots, which can trigger filtering by recipient servers and negatively impact email deliverability.

Although the ID remains fixed, the updated production title will still display in recipient inboxes. The underlying email address (based on the original title ID) is typically nested and less visible. When recipients reply, their messages will continue to route correctly to your production office, ensuring uninterrupted communication.
