Upgrades, or changes to your kit subscription can be made through your profile icon located at the top right corner of your screen and select Manage Subscription. Your request for changes will be submitted to the support team for implementation. Please note this option is only available for administrators.

Invoices and receipts are automatically issued via email on your billing cycle close and upon payment receipt. Should you need to request one, please fill out a Billing Request (available through the chat icon below) to submit your request.
