Troubleshooting Checklist

Use this checklist to troubleshoot issue first!

Check internet connection:

  • Ensure you have a stable connection

  • Test your internet speed to rule out any connectivity issues

Clear browser cache:

  • On your browser, go to settings and clear the browsing history, cookies, and cached images.

  • If you continue to experience issues, try accessing Croogloo using an incognito or private browsing window.

Clear Croogloo Cache:

  • Within the Croogloo platform, navigate to Settings.

  • Select Production Settings and choose Refresh Cache.

  • Restart your browser and login.

Switch Browsers:

  • Croogloo is best optimized for the latest versions of Google Chrome and Firefox.

  • If you are using Safari, please try an alternative browser.

Login Issues:

  • Verify that you are using the correct login credentials.

  • Verify you have validated your account via the invitation email.

  • Verify you have been invited to the production on Croogloo.

  • Reset your password if necessary.

  • Check if the Caps Lock key is enabled or disabled.

Display Issues:

  • Try accessing Croogloo from a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.

Admin Login:

  • If you are an admin experiencing login issues, try switching accounts from Production Office to your personal account or vice versa.

  • Use the appropriate login credentials for the desired account type.

  • Reset your password via the login page.

Check Permissions & Access:

  • If you are a Crew member, ensure you are accessing the appropriate sections of Croogloo.

  • Contact your admin for any access related requests.

  • Contact your admin if you need additional access or encounter any issues related to permissions.

Feature-Specific:

  • Follow the step-by-step instructions provided to troubleshoot feature-specific problems on our Support Site.

Hardware:

  • Restart device.

  • Check for any device software updates and complete if necessary.

Daily Time Report Feature:

  • Ensure you have been given permissions suitable for desired actions.

  • If you are Crew: please login to https://app.mycroogloo.com/ to complete DTRs.

  • If you are Admin: please login to https://www.mycroogloo.com/ to view reports.

  • If you are experiencing display issues, please follow cache and browser troubleshoots.
