Step 1: Start by navigating to our Support Page and scroll down and click on the Chat icon.
Step 2: Choose Create a Ticket then, select Report a Bug
Step 3: Start filling the form, and under Query Type choose Report a Bug.
Step 4: Include your production name and email, and specify the type of kit you're using. Use the drop down menu to narrow down the specifics of your issue and select the version of Croogloo you are using
Step 5: Summarize the issue you are experiencing and explain how your expected results differ from your actual results?
Details the steps taken when you encountered this error and when you attempted to replicate it - were there any discernible patterns?
Tell us about the scale of the issue you're facing, how many people have been affected?
Computer and browser version used, are important.
Remember, it's vital to provide as much detail as possible here to get the best support.
Step 6: Screenshots are extremely helpful. We encourage you to upload as many as possible. Whenever you experience an error, take a screenshot.
