How to invite new and existing contacts to Croogloo.

Invite Existing Contact

There are 3 ways to invite stored contacts to Croogloo:

  1. The Header Bar - contact icon

  2. Contact Listings label row - settings icon

  3. Contact Form - invite toggle

1 - Header Bar

Available on all screens, the header bar provides the most convenient way to launch an account for a stored contact:

Select desired crew member from the dropdown:

or

multiple crew members:

Once set, click Next:

Select Security Group for crew from the drop-down:

Select "Send Invite":

Invite(s) will be sent to your contact(s) to set-up their account:


2 - Contact Listings

Accounts can be launched from the Contacts module, on the listing label row. Select the settings icon on the label row to Send Invite for Croogloo to your crew:

Then, set Security Group for your contact:

Once set, confirm your selection:

The access type selected will display at the top of the form. All set, now click Save:

An email invite is sent with a link to get them launched.


3 - Contact Form

Accounts can be launched from the Contacts module entry form.

Select the settings icon on the label row to View/Edit Contact:

To access the contact entry form:

Click "Invite to Croogloo" toggle:

Then, set Security Group for your contact:

Once set, confirm your selection:

The access type selected will display at the top of the form. All set, now click Save:

An email invite is sent with a link to get them launched.


New Contact

To invite new contact(s) to Croogloo, click on the contact icon on the top banner, then "Add Contact".

This will launch the contact entry form:

After filling the form, click "Invite to Croogloo" toggle:

Then, set Security Group for your contact:

Once set, confirm your selection:

The access type selected will appear near the toggle. All set, now click Save:

An email invite is sent with a link to get them launched.


Security - Groups & Permissions

On production launch, 4 Security Groups are configured and loaded for use - ADMIN, EXEC, DTR, and Crew.

The Security Permissions applied for the Security Groups can be modified from the default settings.

Security Group names can be edited or removed from your Security Group.

The ADMIN Security Group is the only group that cannot be deleted, but Permissions can still be modified for this group.

ADMIN - Designated for the administrator on the account, the person that registers the account, and anyone else provided access via the administrator or their proxies thereafter. The ADMIN security group is the only group that cannot be removed from Croogloo. The ADMIN group has full security clearance and access of administration and management oversight across the platform. Directing account access, security provisions, asset management, and contact management.

EXEC - Designated for Studio executives, providing access customized to their needs.

DTR - Designated for Daily Time Report crew, with settings configured for Daily Time Report access only. Crew using Daily Time Reports with Production Time or Production Office should be set to the DTR Security Group.

CREW - Designated for Crew, providing access customized to their needs, free from dependency or delay of email.
