There are four preloaded access levels:
ADMIN - This group has full access to all folders and files.
EXEC - Designated for Studio executives, providing access customized to their needs.
βDTR - Designated for Daily Time Report crew, providing access customized to their needs.
CREW - Designated for Crew, providing access customized to their needs.
CHANGE SECURITY LEVEL OF FILES AND FOLDERS
Step 1: Navigate to your documents.
Step 2: Proceed to your files.
Step 3: Using the three-dot icon on any folder, select Access Level.
This will allow you to change the security access level for an entire folder and all of its contents.
Step 4: Alternatively, use the same steps to manage access at the individual file level. Click on three-dot icon of any file and select Access Level.
Step 5: Change the security access level for the file.
Manage Users for Security Access Levels
Step 1: Go to contacts.
Step 2: Use the three-dot icon to invite a contact to Croogloo and become an Active User.
Step 3: At this stage you can assign them a security level access.
Managing User Groups
Under the security tab, proceed to groups
Track your users, make any changes for each respective group, or make a new group fully customizable.
Croogloo also allows you to remove all users at once.
Simply select all and click on Remove Selected.

Under Security and Groups, ensure that the user is listed as an Admin, and that all permissions are accurately listed as RW for admins. Next, confirm with the User that they have validated their User status through the invitation email sent upon invite. Also, ensure the user clears their cache to erase any stale data.
