To generate Sides, click Scripts on the menu panel, then select Generate Sides:
From the menu panel, select the script(s) to generate sides from your latest script versions, with a filter to select from previous drafts.
Productions requiring sides compiled from multiple scripts can do so.
Select all scripts required for daily sides and toggle between scripts to pull scene for your sides, with no limit on scripts selected.

Productions requiring scenes to be set in Shooting Order for their sides can do so in multiple ways with Croogloo.
Scenes can be set based on the order they are selected

in the panel by dragging the scenes to their location:
Scenes will display with their corresponding script version with the option to duplicate scenes in your sides:
or remove any entries selected before generating your sides:
Once set, click Submit to generate your sides.

Generate sides in 1-UP (standard paper size) and/or 2-UP (booklet size) at the same time:

A badge will display on the notification bell on the top right of your screen, where you can track the progress of your job and alerted to when it is done:

Attaching a Call Sheet to Sides
To attach a call sheet to sides navigate to the Sides page and select the 3 dots beside the applicable sides. Select Attach a Call Sheet
Side Storage
Sides are retrievable from your files, automatically updating your Sides folder with the latest version generated. Documents > Files > Sides

How do I get script to show up when making sides?
You need to parse the script. You can do this by selecting 'Parse Script' from the script menu (the three-dot icon). This will update the data.
If there's no change, try again using a different version and color to ensure the file isn't blocked by a cache.

Check the format of your script file. It should be a PDF, not an image file stored as a PDF. You can check this by clicking on the page.
If the entire page highlights, it's an image file and this has caused a processing error.

If scenes are not displaying as expected, it's possible that the file has cached data in the PDF. In this case, contact the script coordinator for an updated version to resolve the issue.
