Locating Tickets: If you encounter technical issues, unexpected performance, or need to report a bug, click the chat icon located at the bottom right corner of our support site. From there, you're able to log any ticket required. Be as detailed as possible in the information you provide, including all necessary details.
General or Billing Inquiries: For general questions or billing inquiries, click the General Inquiry Form or Billing Request respectively.
Bug Report: If you encounter any unexpected behaviour, please be sure you have completed our troubleshooting checklist (seriously, we can't tell you how many times we've had an issue resolve itself because someone turned their computer off and on again).
We urge you to provide as much detail as possible while completing the bug report to help us address your issue effectively. Please include all requested details.
Create a Ticket: After completing all the questions in the ticket form, select Create a Ticket. You'll then receive an email with a copy of the conversation.
Ongoing Support: To view existing conversations, navigate to your messages and select the chat to open the conversation.
